Mount Severn, Mid Wales - a Development Training Centre that provides Leadership, Management Development Training, and Team Building utilising Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) in an Outdoor Activity Experiential environment, whilst also being a first-class Conference Venue. A Grade II Georgian luxury country house set in 14 acres of woodland, with the River Severn running through and surrounded by the stunning scenery of Mid Wales.

Our dual role as an activities centre offers the utilisation of a broad range of indoor and outdoor activities focused on leadership, development and Corporate Training using exercises that are both physical and cerebral.

If you are looking for Conference Facilities or meeting rooms we can accommodate up to 40 delegates with wireless internet throughout.

Our 12 guest bedrooms are all en-suite and we can accommodate up to 30 people comfortably. The well stocked Library is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day learning in the outdoors, whilst waiting for dinner - which is freshly prepared using locally sourced produce. We are of course able to cater for all dietary requirements.

Llanidloes in Mid Wales is the first Fair-trade town in Wales and offers good organic and vegetarian outlets. There are also excellent specialist shops ranging from bridal to outdoor pursuits. With good communication links to all major airports and trains we are "away from the crowds - but easily accessible".
