It is our intention, only to use theory that can be easily understood and applied as soon as individuals leave the course.
NLP is the study of the structure of how people do things, usually focusing on the exemplary skills individuals have in order to enable others to learn how to do the skill themselves. This has left behind it a trail of techniques and processes.

Patrick Lencioni is an American business consultant and CEO of The Table Group, that has written a number of books on creating highly effective, healthy organisations. Within this he utilises some very simple models that can be applied to even the most successful and extensive organisations.
Generally we use these models to enhance the content of our courses, however, it is possible to explore these to greater depths utilising team questionnaires.

We hope in 2012 to have successfully accredited Institute of Leadership and Management qualifications, which we currently run through partner organisations. Specifically we are targeting Level 3 Award in First Line Management and Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.
