Training Needs Areas

At Mount Severn, we like to ensure that our team building, personal development and leadership/management courses have a true purpose and are highly valuable once the participants have returned to the office.

We base our products around Bruce Tuckman's (1965) model of Team Development. Yes it seems simplistic and perhaps outdated, but it is still a very relevant model and one which is easily applied to team and organisational situations.

Our intention is to provide what the company requires to get to be a high performing team, we therefore have a variety of types of courses that can act as a catalyst to enable a high performing team culture.
